As a creator in constant contact with the body and nature, I have always investigated how our vehicle can work better.
In my personal journey training through Chinese medicine, raw food, macrobiotics and Ayurveda, I realized that each body needs something different at all times and there is no ideal diet.
I have eaten healthy food where I bring this knowledge that is highly influenced by the cuisine of the world.
I have specialized in vegan, vegetarian or flexiterian diets including gluten free or high protein diets.
