ARCHETYPE: Gentle feminine movement. Sweet reminder of love and inner power with cacao and dance.

PERSONAL JOURNEY: My journey into self development and healing arts started at the age of seventeen when I finally asked for help for the first time. After a season of suicidal thoughts I started therapy. I grew up watching my mum attending women’s retreats and therapy shortly after my dad passed away. Even though I was young and lost at the time I had this deep knowing that this wasn’t how I was going to end my life. I watched my dad suffer all my childhood and I also watched my mum being reborn from the ashes so I knew I was meant for more, I knew I could experience happiness, fulfilment and bliss again.

After massive support from my family and professionals (and many books read on self development) I believed I could again, my fire lit up again and I felt unstoppable. I moved to London at the age of eighteen, with a lot of  resilience, hard work and a deep desire to maximise my youth, I started my studies in Contemporary Dance. After dancing for many dance companies, at various tv shows and music videos in London and Los Angeles, I quickly realised I found more purpose and fulfilment facilitating movement workshops and being a teacher rather than a performer.

Alongside my extensive training in many various types of movement, I certified as a Neuro Linguistic Programming coach, movement coach and breath-work and meditation facilitator. I desired to support the women that were attending my movement workshops beyond the dance, beyond the training sessions one to one. I could see how these movement workshops were medicine and they revealed a lot of hidden and stagnant emotions that our bodies hold onto, I decided I wanted to be more equipped to support the people I was working with.

In 2020 I started traveling the world solo, from South Africa to Mesoamerica through the desert of Namibia and the jungle of the Amazon, learning from many different cultures and ancient traditions. During my three months living in Guatemala, I studied spiritual practices under the guidance of the T’zutujil community. I fell in love with the medicine of cacao and started exploring plant medicine in countries such as Guatemala, Ecuador and Mexico. These experiences completely changed my life. Each time I sat with a master plant I liberated more of my authentic expression and I remembered more of my power and unconditional love.

My mission is to help you remember the power and love you have within so that you can live a life in true alignment and integrity with your purpose and values. I am here to support you becoming the heart centered leader you came here to be.

ROLE: Facilitator of cacao and guidance. Guardian and musician of sacred ceremony space.
