PERSONAL JOURNEY: My name is Pati Puente and I started my inner journey in 2010 on a quest to discover ways to mitigate the pain I knew to be so familiar and to find inner peace. I wanted to understand who I was and if there was more to life than my eyes could see.
I first discovered meditation and practiced different modalities over the years. Then, my adventurous and explorative essence led me onto a path of personal development that naturally led me to plant medicine work. I had my first Ayahuasca ceremony in 2013, followed by a one-week Vipassana silence retreat and a three-month backpacking solo trip to India. The combination of these events in a very short period changed my life, and the spiritual path became my way of life.
I soon became very interested in plant medicine and psychedelic journeys, and as an avid psychonaut, I explored medicines like Magic Mushrooms, Bufo Alvarius, and San Pedro, amongst others. I decided to turn my passion into my purpose and way of living and enrolled in a three-year Grofian Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Holotropic Breathwork training by Grof Legacy. I combine the practice of Psychedelic Therapy with other therapeutic modalities like IFS (Internal Family Systems) or Sound Meditation. I have worked for established organizations in the Psychedelic sector such as Beckley Med Foundation and Spinoza.
I love being of service and guiding people to connect with the deepest parts of who they are. I have vast experience navigating the mysteries of the unknown and am not afraid to dive into the depths of consciousness. Let me hold your hand and dive deep together.
